Return/Exchange Policy

 

 

We offer a 7 day return and exchange policy on our Rhinestone Apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you can return it for a full refund or exchange. We will only accept merchandise that have not been worn or damaged.  Since clothing is very susceptible to odors we will not be able to accept returns with odors of any kind.

 

To exchange:  If you have ordered an incorrect size we will exchange it for another size, providing we still have the size available.  You can contact us first to see if we have it and we will save it for you if it is in stock.  There will be no exchanges on personalized or custom clothing unless the merchandise is defective.  If the item is defective we must be notified prior to sending back the item

 

Products that are returned must have the original tags on them.  All return shipping and handling charges are the customer's responsibility. We do not refund return shipping and handling charges.  Any return that doesn't meet our return guidelines listed within our policy will be returned to customer at their expense.
